Christmas Assembly on 22nd December 2015
This assembly is always a little special as all the teachers of the Elementary Section participate and enact the story of Christmas. Everyone is dressed according to their part in the enacted play ... it's a real pleasure to watch the children's faces light up with glee when they see their teachers taking part in the assembly. It's a musical play an it ends with Father Christmas, that is Santa Claus dropping in to check if the children have been naughty or nice. And since all have been really really nice, Santa has goodies to distribute to the children. The holiday spirit of the festival of the Birth of Jesus sends a clear message to be generous and do good to the less fortunate people. |
