A session was conducted for the teachers of the Elementary Section by the Junior School counselor, Mrs. Marietta D'Souza on 31st July, 2019. The session titled ‘Emotional Hygiene and Interpersonal Relationships' highlighted the importance of being aware of one's emotions and how one can be emotionally strong. Through this session the teachers were made aware of the direct effect of the emotional state on interpersonal relationships. Sources of conflict and ways to resolve conflict at the workplace were also discussed during the session. It was an enlightening and introspective session which included a team building fun activity. |
