On 15th July 2019, students and teachers of Sharada Mandir School celebrated the birthday of Ma'am Sharmila Umesh, everyone's favorite teacher and our beloved Principal. The celebrations started off early morning with a lovely assembly for the Principal, which commenced with the prayer song sung by the Junior Section. The music carried on with a blessing song by the Elementary Section which showered wishes of good fortune upon the Principal. Jade from the secondary section then read out a poem she had written for Ma'am Sharmila which was followed by a Marathi song sung by the students of the Secondary Section, which brought a huge smile upon her face as she has great affection for Marathi music.
The Higher Secondary Students Council then held a short quiz for the Principal in which she was quizzed about her HSS staff, and to everyone's amazement she scored 10/10 in the quiz. The final cherry on the cake was when the students of the HSS sang a song composed by Sir Gaurav specially for Ma'am Sharmila.
Merry making, joy, smiles, happiness and immense bliss radiated in the entire school that morning and it carried on through the entire day as Ma'am Sharmila was overjoyed and overwhelmed with the beautiful celebrations of Principals Day. |
